Etiquette when contacting customer support

- Please quote your order number when
making order and shipping inquiries
- Please be polite to our staff, rudeness,
abuse and general abruptness is unfair, especially when it's the first
time an issues is raised. Staff may delay answering rude, abusive and abrupt inquires at
their discretion, in favour for polite well mannered ones!

General Information
Manufacturing Times
General Products
- Processing of orders can take from
1-3 business days. Large orders and popular items such as 54 designs and
single playing cards may take up to 5 business days.
- Manufacturing doe's not take
place on Saturdays & Sundays. Example: A product purchased on Friday
may not be completed until Tuesday/Wednesday the following week
Photo-Books
- Photo-Books are made to order using top of
the line Xerox iGen4, Artamatik services its partners via its VIP
Domain feature (Available at
www.artamatik.com). Book orders are processed on a first come first
served basis and require 4~8 days of manufacturing time.
Handbags
- Handbags require specialized staff and are
handmade to order, it currently takes 1~2 weeks for Handbags to be
manufactured, this lead time is decreasing over time.
Free Shipping times and notes on delays
- Barring any unforeseen postal service
delays, shipping times are from 8 - 12 business days after processing.
- Free shipping times Delivery dates are not
guaranteed and may include extra transit time because of unforeseen delays.
Late deliveries are always a possibility, however, we will try our best to
ensure all deliveries arrive on time.
- All products are shipped from our
manufacturers in China
- Shipping times may be extended during
holidays and during times of high demand.
- Registered shipping may be introduced in the
future with a surcharge
- Use FedEx if you want to track your orders
and receive them quickly after manufacturing (FedEx is expensive but highly
recommended for very large orders)
Changing/Modifying and Cancelling orders
- Changing/Modifying Shipping
Address: If you need to update or change
the shipping information on an order you have submitted you must contact us
as soon as possible (With-in 48hours) so we can change it for you. We
will not be held responsible for non-delivery of orders due to wrong or
incomplete address entry.
- Cancelling orders: All orders
submitted are final at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse order
cancelations if
- It is to late and your order is already
in production by time your request is received.
- Your order was placed over a weekend or
holiday.
- You change your mind and no longer wish
to receive your order.
- You do not agree with shipping times
after your order is submitted
- You disagree with any cost of your item
after you confirm your order.
- You made an error with your design or
photo.
- Cancelation Refunds:
Please contact Support immediately if you need to cancel your
order. If it is not to late we will delete your order and issue your refund
by way of credit (cashdollar).
If your Credit refund is more than $25 (US Dollar) you can have it sent to
your PayPal account. Enter your details in the
Payee Information page. Your payment will be sent on the 1st or 16th of
the month, if those days fall on a weekend or holiday, payment will be on
the next business day.
